For one, we are family owned, veteran owned and locally owned company (Cincinnati). We are not a Big Box company. But what sets us apart is our attention to detail before, during and after the project. We do our own service & repairs no matter how long ago your project was completed, in warranty or out of warranty. So no endless phone calls on a customer service line just to get someone come out and look. 

Yes! We offer free on-site estimates within a 45 minute drive of our warehouse. We will have one of our project managers come out to measure and discuss your project and go over rough pricing. Anything past that range we'd love to discuss your project over the phone or through email. 

We offer a number of services both indoor and outdoor. Outdoors we offer Sunrooms, Pavilions, Pergolas and decks. Indoor we finish and remodel basements and more! Reach out to see if your project is in our scope of work.

Our 3-Season and 4-Season Sunrooms include everything; Foundation, insulated floors, LVP flooring, insulated walls, insulted roof, electrical and proper permits and inspections. So it's a wide range! Schedule a free estimate and know it won't be a pressured environment. 

River City Remodeling was started in 2006 by Richard Barreto, a marine veteran with a degree in Architectural design from the University of Wisconsin. 

Absolutely! We take care of all necessary drawings for permits and submit them on your behalf—covering building, zoning, and, if necessary, electric and plumbing permits. Our front office efficiently schedules all inspections needed throughout the project to ensure a successful final inspection. 

Our teams have over 50 years experience with outdoor living, basements and interior remodeling. 

Yes! We carry insurance. Part of our terms and conditions of our contract is that we will carry insurance throughout your project. 

The honest answer is it depends on the project and scope of work. Most projects have at least 5-7 days that are used up by inspections nowadays. Our goal isn't to rush your project, but to complete the project to our standards. So at the end of the project you are glad you chose River City Remodeling and you want to share your experience with your family and friends.
